MEET ERIK CHAVEZ
For Erik Chavez, construction has always been more than a career, it’s been part of his life from the very beginning.
Raised in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, Erik developed an appreciation for quality craftsmanship, hard work, and the impact a well-built home can have on a family. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio, he gained valuable experience working with some of the nation’s most respected builders, including Turner Construction and Gilbane Building Company.
Today, Erik combines that professional experience with generations of family construction knowledge to create homes that stand apart from the ordinary. His passion lies in developing thoughtfully designed homes that offer modern living, lasting quality, and exceptional value.
